Yes, CBD is legal. The 2018 Farm Bill removed hemp from the legal definition of marijuana in the Controlled Substances Act. CBD with less than 0.3% THC is no longer a banned substance. Our products are tested to ensure they are within the legal limit and do not contain more than 0.3% THC.
