1000 and 1500 Relief Cream
I used the 1000 mg cream this winter; it was a great help with my left shoulder and especially my left hand, which both sustained significant injuries several years ago. The improvement was immediate! More recently I've been experiencing pain in both shoulders due to a 4x week yoga practice (plank and down dog). I've started using the 1500 mg product and it seems to be helping a lot.
