    I have screws and plates in my wrist. I use the cream before my workout. Good product.

    I am 84 years old and have bad hip pain. I've used over the counter creams but your lotion works the best. If I use it I don't limp.

    I don't normally leave reviews for anything, but I use this lotion on my shoulders/neck & it definitely helps my muscles relax and relieves my pain and tension headaches. Awesome stuff.
